Sebum bacteria and Propionibacterium acne play a key role in the development of acne and are responsible for the formation of inflammation. The sebaceous glands represent a group of the latter. Diet:
Eliminate biscuits, cakes and other sweets because they contain a lot of harmful (not only for the skin) trans and saturated fats.
Replace fatty meat with lean meat and eat it after baking, stewing or steaming.
